Coaching
“Health and wellness coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness, and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work, health and wellness coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change and honoring that each client is an expert in his or her life while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgemental.” —NBHWC.org.
Sessions may include a moment of mindfulness, discussion of progress and changes since we last met, any new insights, information that may inform a practice or decision, setting goals for the next two weeks, and anything else I can contribute to make the way easy and clear. Coaches provide support and accountability for behavior change, and the clients are in charge of how that will happen.
Meets twice per month for six months. 50 minute sessions.
$70 per session or $840 for 12 sessions
discovery session
A chat to discuss what brings you to health coaching, a little more about me and what I do, and whether we’re a good fit for working together. Coaches are in the passenger seat, providing navigation for the client, who remains in the driver’s seat. We don’t prescribe or diagnose but may offer information to help clients set and take action toward their goals.

Soul Stitching
A six-week group program that teaches practices to manage and reduce the effects of stress. It is available for groups of six to nine participants.
Soul Loss is documented in nearly all cultures as a loss of meaning, direction, or purpose, a feeling of circumstances outside your control, a deep unhappiness, not (good/smart/wealthy/thin) enough, etc. You may have had all along what you need, but have looked in the wrong places. These practices can help.
$120 per person for 6 weeks of 1-hour classes, for caregivers, teachers, parents of kids with challenges, healthcare providers, and others who want to reduce the effects of stress on their health. Contact Monarda to hear about the next class or to add to your workplace self-care offerings.
