Health coaching is about looking into the future, and building habits and goals to support that future; it is neither therapy nor counseling, both of which deal with the past.
Health coaching provides mental and somatic connections to possibility.
Various assessments may help with self-exploration to clarify areas to work on. These assessments are specific to the client and help create a vision of the way forward, and also to measure progress against the initial assessments.
We'll start with a moment of mindfulness, and check in with the mind-body to begin to lessen the stress response. Feeling relaxed increases the retention of what you discover and allows your systems to work as expected.
