Health coaching is looking into the future, and building habits and goals; it is not therapy or counseling, both of which deal with the past.
Health coaching provides mental and somatic connections to possibility.
I may offer various assessments to help in self-exploration and discovering areas to work on. These assessments are specific to the client, and provide qualitative and quantitative summaries that give a clearer awareness of the way forward, and to measure progress against the initial baseline assessments.
We'll start sessions with a moment of mindfulness and breathwork, and check in with the mind-body dialog to lessen the stress response. A felt sense of relaxation increases the retention of what you discover and allows your systems to work as they should.

In simple terms, well-being can be described as judging life positively and feeling good.”
Monarda does not accept health insurance at this time. Some insurance companies have a “wallet” benefit which will reimburse clients for coaching.
